4

We Build Together

One partner from your first run to national scale. One contact. A team that has lived what you are building.

The RCB Production Network

Two facilities.
One invoice.

We built a tiered production network so your brand never has to outgrow its manufacturing partner. Start in Framingham. Go national through Milwaukee. RCB coordinates everything and bills through one relationship.

Beverage Studio Program

Your first commercial batch.
Done right.

Most co-packers won't talk to you until you have volume. We built the Beverage Studio for the brands that aren't there yet, and have every intention of getting there. Limited spots. High touch. No shortcuts.

What You Get
  • Formulation and R&D support from operators who have built brands
  • First commercial production run at our Framingham facility
  • Packaging and label guidance, what works on shelf and what doesn't
  • QA, compliance, and spec documentation from day one
  • A clear path to scale, with the network waiting when you're ready
Who It's For
  • Founders with a formula and a vision, not yet commercial
  • Brands that need proof of concept before committing to large minimums
  • Entrepreneurs who want a manufacturing partner, not just a vendor
  • Teams ready to move fast and learn faster

We work with a small number of Studio brands each year. The ones we choose get real attention, from operators who have built brands rather than just filled orders. When you're ready to scale, you already know exactly where you're going.

Why Right Coast Brands

Other co-packers make product.
We build brands.

Scale Without Switching Partners

Start at 300 gallons. Ship your first national pallet. Never change your co-packer. No re-qualifying, no new audits, no starting over.

One Relationship, Two Facilities

One contract, one point of contact, one invoice. Logistics, sourcing, and production coordination across the network is our problem, not yours.

Founder-Grade Expertise

We have sat in your seat. We understand early-stage cash flow, retail timelines, and what it takes to get product to shelf. Small runs are not afterthoughts here.

Full Compliance Stack

DSP, Brewer's Notice, Winery, and Wine Blender permits. Alcohol and non-alcohol. Covered from day one, with no expensive workarounds.

R&D That Validates First

Sensory evaluation, benchmarking, profile matching. We stress-test your formula before a single can goes down the line.

Retail-Ready Every Run

Every run comes out shelf-ready. Cartons, trays, case boxes, e-commerce pack-out. Production floor to store shelf with zero rework.

Compliance and Formats

You shouldn't have to
think about this.

Most co-packers hand you a compliance checklist and wish you luck. We are already permitted. You are covered from run one.

Who We Are

Built by operators.
Not by a spreadsheet.

Andrew Guard co-founded Culture Pop Soda, spent years inside one of the most iconic founder-built beverage companies in New England, then built his own brand, Winch and Pulley, from the ground up. He has been on every side of the table this industry has.

The gaps in beverage co-packing were personal. Small brands treated as afterthoughts. Minimums that blocked early launches. A disconnect between what founders needed and what the industry offered. So he built the thing he wished had existed.

RCB is not a commodity processor. It is a selective partner. We take a small cohort of brands at a time because attention is finite and momentum is everything.

Solving problems is the superpower. Simple brands win. Hustle beats hype. Every time.

  • Co-founder, Culture Pop SodaOne of the fastest-growing better-for-you beverages in the country.
  • Years inside an iconic beverage companyLearned every side of the business from the inside.
  • Built Winch and Pulley from scratchFrom recipe development to retail placement.
  • Built RCB because the gap was personalCould not find a co-packer that gave a damn, so he built one.
