Start at100 cases.

Most co-packers will not talk to you below a thousand. I have been building beverage brands since 2006, and I will make your first hundred cases.

What We Make

Five categories.
One building.

Four federal permits mean we can follow a brand across categories without you changing manufacturers when the product moves. Most co-packers hold one of these.

Beer
Brewer's Notice
Hard Seltzer
Brewer's Notice
Spirits Cocktails
DSP
Wine-Based RTDs
Winery + Blender
Functional Non-Alc
Soda · Tea · Juice

Sleek and standard cans, kegs, bottling, retail-ready pack-out, full QA and seam verification logged on every run.

Who You're Working With

I have built the thing
you are building.

Twenty years in beverage. Founder side, operator side, and a stretch inside the industry's trade publication watching thousands of brands succeed and fail, which is a different education than running your own.

O Water
BevNET
Purity Organic
Biena Snacks
Culture Pop

Recurring co-host on BevNET's Taste Radio Elevator Talk, where early-stage founders pitch their brands and get feedback from industry operators. Same thing we do here, in public.

Plus strategic advisory for a good number more. I have been in beverage since 2006, on every side of the table this industry has: brand founder, operator, trade press, advisor, and now manufacturer.

The gaps in co-packing were personal. Small brands treated as afterthoughts. Minimums that blocked launches. A disconnect between what founders needed and what the industry offered. So I built the thing I wished had existed when I was on your side of it.

Most co-packers will sell you production. Very few of them have ever had to sell the product afterwards.

Solving problems is the superpower.
Simple brands win.
Hustle beats hype. Every time.

How It Works

Counsel first.
Then a real run.

A lighthouse does not carry your cargo. It tells you where the rocks are, and then you sail. Almost every brand starts at the first step, because it is the cheapest way to find out whether the rest makes sense.

01

Counsel

Four weeks of my time on your problem. Formula reviewed against what a real line will do to it. Permit path. True landed cost from real quotes. What has to be locked and when. You keep the written brief whether or not you ever produce with us.

From $6,500
Scoped to where your brand actually is. Yours to keep and use anywhere.
02

Studio

Your first commercial run. From 100 cases, on a production line, retail-ready and sellable. Not a bench batch. You walk away with product and a production spec that transfers straight to volume.

Quoted per run
Fixed fee for the production day, not a per-case rate. Two SKUs in a day costs barely more than one.
03

Production

Volume, once we both know the product works and the spec is proven. By then you are not a stranger asking for a quote. When you outgrow us, we say so and introduce you to who is right.

Quoted per run
Materials at cost plus handling, itemised separately.

Tell me what
you're building.

I read every one of these personally and answer within 48 hours, including the ones we are not right for. If we are not a fit, I will tell you and point you somewhere better.

Before You Write

No pitch deck. No formal proposal. Tell me where the brand is, what is in your way, and what you are trying to do next.

If you already have a co-packer and things are working, say that too. Sometimes the right answer is to stay where you are, and I would rather tell you that early.
